It\`s equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning and washing machine and it can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Appartamento 1 has a large outdoor area with parking space, outdoor lounge, dining area and shower. The apartment consists of refined and cozy rooms: a living room with dining area and open kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.  
  
Where is Villa Blu Cobalto  
Villa Blu Cobalto is in Torre Borraco, one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast of San Pietro in Bevagna. The closest beach is within walking distance. The area where river Borraco flows, with its cold and regenerating water, is suggestive and it\`s 500 meters away. The closest city centre is San Pietro in Bevagna, 2 kilometers away.  
  
\- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).  
\- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.  
\- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.  
\- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
