"Wonderful despite the rainy weekend. The tiny house was cosy with a toasty fire, or diesel heater when we wanted instant heat. The shower was hot, the bed comfy. Our hosts made sure we could get across the paddock to the tiny house when it was looking too damp for our car to make the journey in the wet. At night the stars were clearly visible from our own private river valley, complete with our own outside fire place beside the river. We took advantage of a tasty breakfast from the main house...

The dining options at the Lake View Hotel next door are varied and delicious! The location is handy to all Bendigo’s attractions. "I had a room with king bed, and I was very happy staying at the quality lakeside bendigo. Everything was in "like new"condition. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, the aircon heated the room quickly, and the bathroom was spacious. I enjoyed the location near the lake, and the restaurant in the hotel was convenient and good. All service staff where very kind. "
