In a secure residence and located on the 3rd floor with elevator, come and discover this large 40m2 south-facing studio consisting of a living room which opens onto a magnificent terrace, the ideal place for memorable summer evenings with friends or family  
A fully equipped, closed kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster)  
A private shower room, sink, storage space, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a separate toilet. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children, ideally, or 3 adults:  
2 sofa beds (140cm and 120cm) are located in the main room with breathtaking sea views.  
TV, storage, ironing board, and iron.  
  
Ideally located in the golf residence on the seafront, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, not far from the majestic Château de Mandelieu-la-Napoule, and a wide variety of restaurants, this apartment offers an unforgettable vacation experience.  
Upon arrival, you will find linens (sheets, bath towels, bath mats), toilet paper, shower gel bottles, and a kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, multi-surface cleaner, laundry detergent, dishwasher and washing machine tablets).  
  
The residence has a shared parking lot, so if you have a car, you will be able to park there. Please note that this is a common occurrence, so we cannot guarantee that a free space will be waiting for you at every exit.

All areas of this apartment are reserved for guests, and we ask that you take care of the premises during your stay. We prepare each accommodation with the greatest care so that you can fully enjoy your vacation. We therefore ask that you strictly adhere to the following rules:

Just steps away, residents can enjoy the pleasures of the beach, walks along the coast, and a variety of water sports. The tree-lined streets offer a charming atmosphere, ideal for strolling and enjoying the mild Mediterranean climate. Furthermore, the proximity of the Château de Mandelieu-la-Napoule adds a touch of history and culture to this picturesque neighborhood. With its welcoming restaurants, local shops, and nearby amenities, the neighborhood is a great place to live, harmoniously combining tranquility with the pleasures of coastal living.

The neighborhood also benefits from excellent transport links. Residents can easily get around thanks to a well-developed public transportation network, including bus lines serving the main points of interest in and around the city. Furthermore, the proximity of the train station offers residents the opportunity to easily travel to other destinations, whether for getaways along the French Riviera or excursions to neighboring cities. For those who prefer to drive, major highways are easily accessible from the neighborhood, facilitating travel to other parts of France or even abroad. Thus, whether by bus, train, or car, residents of the neighborhood enjoy convenient access to a multitude of transportation options, allowing them to travel easily and efficiently within the region and beyond.

Upon request, it is possible to request one or more changes of sheets and towels for an additional fee. The complete kit, including one set of sheets and two sets of towels, costs €40\. We can also provide beach towels upon request.
