Close to the shops, with access to the private swimming pool of the residence, this flat is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy the southern sun.   
  
Nice air conditioned apartment of 110 m² located in a secured residence with lift is composed of :   
\- a large terrace with a beautiful view on the Mount Esterel and on the sea,

\- a fully equipped open kitchen: coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer,  
\- three bedrooms with double beds,  
\- an office room,  
\- two bathrooms including one with a tub and one with a shower,  
\- hoover, ironing equipment,  
\- TV, Wifi,  
\- access to the residence's private swimming pool,  
\- a parking spot is available.

Enjoy the beach, the Mediterranean sun and the mildness of the South during your stay. The beach is only 10 minutes away by car, and you can enjoy the sea air to recharge your batteries! You can also leave the residence to walk along the canal, or enjoy the shops and restaurants around the flat.  
You will be able to visit San Peyre, a volcanic cone, the castle of La Napoule and in 20 min by car you can visit the city of Cannes.
