"The hotel was immaculate, friendly, and very attentive. The front desk concierge was probably the most friendly and helpful gentleman in years for my heavy business travel, highly recommend this hotel !!!"

"We were pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness of this hotel. We weren't sure what to expect but the hotel was charming and the double beds weren't too small. The two small complaints have to do with the quality of some of the towels - original towels were as threadbare and scratchy as a scouring pad but replacements were plush. Breakfast is excellent with several types of eggs but could definitely have more - i.e. sausages, ham and/or potatoes. We would definitely recommend this hotel in downtown Syracuse!"

"There was some construction. Front desk was so nice!! They gave us a food voucher! My only complaint is the floor in the room was sticky. I walk barefoot. And i would wash my feet in the tub constantly because the soles of my feet would get black with dirt."
