Ideally located in Fallowfield, within walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants. SLEEPING Bedroom One: 1 x King bed Bedroom Two: 1 x Single Bed Bedroom Three: 1 x Single Bed Bedroom Four: 1 x Single Bed Comfortable beds are dressed in hotel-quality linen and feature storage to put your luggage and belongings away. BATHING 1x Bathroom 1 x w/c Modern shower, toilet and wash basin. The bathroom has freshly laundered towels and bath mats provided. CHILLING Unwind in the living room featuring a comfortable sofa and smart TV. The living space is well-furnished and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration in the city. EATING The modern kitchen fully equipped with kitchen electric hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/ freezer, plates, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils to create amazing dishes in your home away from home.. The dining area seats 4 and is ideal for enjoying home cooked meals together. My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide anyassistance my guests may need. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard. Mid stay cleaning is available, please enquiry for prices and book at leat 24 hours in advance. Please note if you stay for longer than 1 month we would request at least one clean per month. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
