Lovely village style property with everything you need for a great trip away. Staff were amazing 👌. Would highly recommend. Was great to get away and able to take our dog 🐶. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in the fantastic spa ⭐️

They built houses around the last drop village where there used tobe fields, my stay the last drop village, was very relaxing staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was really tasty and hot. Loved my room very comfy bed. Will be coming back again

Business trip. Room was tired and carpets needed a vacuum. Breakfast was good but lots of staff just hovering around. Overall I would say it’s okay but I would pick somewhere else next time.

I loved this property our room was a great size, we were out in the cottages and it was so peaceful and picturesque.The bathroom was large and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property.

So first of all I'll say that the last drop is a stunning venue. I loved the decore and building. The area was beautiful with some great views and nice walking routes. We were staying for a wedding and of the morning of there was no hot water so the we all had to just brave cold ones. I think what a really disappointing was the response from the property no sorry or we'll get someone to look right now we got more of a aww thats no good we'll get someone to look at it in a bit. Kind of gave me the impression this happens a lot. The only other advice I'd give to anyone staying is we were put in a room right outside the entrance to the spa. You might think this is great and convenient but the amount of traffic it gets makes it hard to relax and chill in peace and quiet when you want some.

The luxury of space
Great room and lots of space. We like that there were two armchairs when so many hotels only have one. The shower was fantastic as was the whole bathroom. We liked the little touches like the chocolates. My only gripe is the milk in single use plastic tubs. Other than that we had a great stay. Sadly we didn’t have time to envoy the spa.

Having stated when booked that I was highly allergic to feathers I was put in a room with a feather duvet, they did move me but were unsure if they had any duvets that weren't feather. Feather cushions in the bar area didn't help either. The room was very hot and unable to turn the radiator down. The window by the bed couldn't be closed and it was -3 outside, the curtains helped but sleeping in a draft was unpleasant. The meal in the restaurant on the first night was very nice however the meal on the second night in the bar was awful leading to me being unwell in the night.

The property is situated amid a housing estate. It has a restaurant and bar. The spa was a reasonable size with a couple of steam rooms and saunas; however limited availability on weekends with reduced hours. Unfortunately our room had an odd odour which we beleved was coming from the carpet. The window was open to aerate the room but when shut, due to the low external temperature, the smell was unpleasant and the window had to be reopened. Our room had not been serviced on the Saturday (we left at 9 am and returned to the hotel at 7 pm). We rang housekeeping and reception but there was no reply. We visited Reception and we were asked what we required in the room - which at a minimum was clean towels and cups! We felt disappointed with the lack of service.

Disappointed at check in. Had to stand at reception like a lemon while receptionist continued to chat with another staff member over the counter. Room lovely and warm on a cold evening although bathroom radiator didn’t work. I received an email to say we had a drink voucher. I asked at reception about it when we came down to eat. She told me it was with my room key, but clearly not and she could obviously see on the screen we had one. Maybe too interested in her chat when we checked in, or is it policy not to just give it and hope we don’t ask?

Me and my husband have stayed here a few times now, we love it, Hotel and surroundings are beautiful, in the summer and winter it looks lovely. Rooms are spotless very comfy, Breakfasts are delish, so much choice, All the staff are so friendly polite and helpfull, Nothing is any trouble, Swimming area/sauna/steam room/infinity pool perfect, so relaxing..Would always recommend the last drop inn, 🙂🙂🙂🙂
