Convenient for early morning flight. Nothing took my fancy on the evening menu so ended up getting a sandwich from a supermarket

We stayed here after a late flight back, just needed somewhere to rest, this did exactly what we wanted, simple to check in, nice big, clean room, excellent

No way to easily and safely walk from the terminal to the hotel and vice-versa. Most of the connecting roads are only for cars and feel unsafe for a pedestrian. I walked it only once, near midnight, and there was a lot of traffic.

Hotel is in a good location but I wouldn't really stay if not for that... Pillows awful and only on per person
Food average but expensive and despite booking for 3 people room was only set up for 2 in terms of towels, cups etc....

Great room great location - food was great and restaurant staff too (little bit expensive) but service was top notch.
The only slight negative was noise from the corridor with inconsiderate noisy families - may quiet floors could improve that

Is an airport hotel, nothing spectacular but does the job. Walking to the airport included crossing a very busy road. Bearing in mind terminal 1is just across the road and only takes 5 minutes to walk, the £4.50 cost for a minibus transfer from the hotel to the airport seems steep, but I don’t know his far away the other terminals are.

Nice room with everything you needed apart from a bottle of water in the room. Staff were really friendly and welcoming especially the restaurant team. Great sense of humour.

Everything was as it should be. Had to pay £10 for shuttle bus which was unexpected. I didn't have to pay this when I stayed at other similar nearby hotels. Need to take this into consideration when comparing prices.

Solid airport experience. Stayed a night before a flight. Shuttle (paid) worked well. Hard to walk to terminals given layout of airport.
The dinner at the restaurant was surprisingly good.

We stayed for one night and it was lovely, every single member of staff was so kind, welcoming and happy. They had a little christmas treasure hunt on for the children which i thought was fantastic. They also had a little play room which was a bonus as i didnt know it was there. Two minor negatives- firstly i had to pay extra on top of my booking to park my car in their car park which i was unaware of and secondly our room had a bit of a urine odour, housekeeper came to try and rectify this but wasnt able to do so and unfortunately the window in our room was broken and so wouldnt open.

I'm a big fan of this hotel. It is starting to show some signs of wear but it's clean and very comfortable.
Sadly the dining room service leaves a lot to be desired. The food is great, but the service staff feel inexperienced whether finding a table, thinking about proximity to other diners or cleaning the table next to us while we were still eating... when table servers are bringing drinks they need extra training on handling of glasses etc. Just not as thoughtful as the food itself.
Breakfast and Bar service is great. The breakfast buffet close to the best we've had!
We will absolutely be back again and soon, but for the comforts of the room and breakfast, less so for the dinner service.
