You’ll have a comfy double bed with fresh hotel-quality linens, plus a desk for getting some work done or just relaxing. The bathroom comes with clean towels and toiletries so you can freshen up after a day out. We’ll have everything cleaned before you arrive, and if you’d like extra cleaning during your stay, we can arrange that for a small fee. Just so you know: There’s a music bar downstairs, so it can get lively, and since the building’s older, the water pressure isn’t the strongest. Enjoy your stay in Manchester! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Located on Swan Street in Manchester’s vibrant Northern Quarter, The Rose & Monkey Hotel is surrounded by a diverse mix of cultural, entertainment, and dining options. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
