Designed with modern living in mind, this spacious apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it an ideal city retreat.  
  
Step inside and feel at ease with the apartment’s warm hardwood floors and open-plan layout. The wide hallway leads you into the inviting living area, where you can relax after a day spent working or sight​seeing this wonderful city. The plush sofa creates a cosy setting, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. The fully furnished kitchen equipped with premium appliances is there to exalt all your culinary needs.  
  
The apartment features two thoughtfully designed bedrooms: both the master bedroom and the second bedroom include a comfortable double bed. Rooms are complete with bedside tables and wardrobes, offering ample storage to ensure a convenient and relaxing stay.  
  
Please note that stays over 10 days include a complimentary cleaning every 10 days with fresh linen, towels, and a welcome pack refill.

Finlay’s Yard is located in the historic Northern Quarter, a neighbourhood steeped in Manchester’s industrial heritage, yet brimming with modern culture, independent boutiques, and trendy eateries.  
  
Within walking distance to Manchester Piccadilly, the universities, and the city’s best shopping spots, this is an ideal location to explore all the city has to offer. Despite the central location, the apartment provides easy access to the ring road and Manchester International Airport, making travel in and out of the city convenient.  
  
UnderTheDoormat will be your hosts and we offer guests carefully-selected, stylish homes with the professional service of hotel, on call 7 days a week to help.  
  
We will welcome you in person when you arrive, help you settle in, and give you a guide to the local area so you can make the most of your stay.  
  
The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels and we provide complimentary cleans and hotel-quality fresh linens & towels for you each week.  
  
If you would like the sofa bed made up, please let us know ahead of time. Please note extra charges will apply.
