This stylish and generously proportioned 2 bed apartment is located in a beautifully converted historic mill, thoughtfully redeveloped for contemporary luxury living. Just minutes from central Manchester, the apartment combines characterful original features with modern comforts and tasteful design. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay, it also offers free on-site parking. Overlooking the Rochdale Canal and within walking distance of the Etihad Stadium, Co-op Live Arena, and city centre, it’s the ideal base for exploring Manchester.  
  
The Space:  
The apartment boasts a beautifully designed interior, finished to a high standard with luxurious furnishings and contemporary fixtures throughout. Historic charm meets modern living in this exceptional space, where original elements like exposed brick, beams, and industrial pipework are complemented by large windows that flood the rooms with natural light. The open-plan living area includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen perfect for home cooking, along with a dining area, comfortable sofa, armchair, and a smart TV. Both spacious bedrooms offer ample storage and feature comfortable double beds dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen. The modern bathroom includes a powerful shower, a bathtub, complimentary toiletries, and soft, fluffy towels. Free on-site parking is also provided for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:  
Located a short distance from Manchester’s renowned Ancoats district, there are a number of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance from the property. The Etihad stadium and Co-op Live Arena are just 15 minutes away on foot. Central Manchester is around a 25 minute walk away where you will find the Arndale shopping centre, Chinatown, various museums and galleries, as well as a huge array of restaurants, bars, clubs and music venues. You are also close to the Northern Quarter - A trendy neighbourhood, with vibrant street art, bohemian bars and independent record shops. The nearest tram stop (Holt Town) is 15 minutes walk from the apartment and Manchester Picadilly Train Station is a 20 minute walk away.  
  
Getting Around:  
Etihad Stadium is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Central Manchester can be reached within 25 minutes on foot, or Holt Town Tram stop is just a 15 minute walk away, connecting the rest of greater Manchester. Manchester Picadilly Train Station is a 20 minute walk or short taxi ride away.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.  
  
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.  
  
Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
