Are you looking for the perfect short-term rental? This accommodation is perfect for someone who is assigned to work locally for short-term basis, relocating from aboard or waiting for a house purchase completion.  
We offer the comfort of a hotel with the benefit of extra space and also privacy of a residential house.   
Superb and stylish home ideal for business travellers and transient corporates who stay frequently or for longer periods and are looking for quality alternatives to the more expensive hotels.   
  
Our property is a 2-bedroom apartment, fully furnished and fully equipped, with the capacity to sleep 4 people. It features a spacious dining/kitchen area. The rental price is inclusive of water, electricity, gas, council tax, TV license, and unlimited Wi-Fi. The property offers a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a garden, and private bathrooms with a hairdryer and free toiletries.  
A microwave, fridge, and oven are provided in the kitchen, as well as a kettle, coffee machine, and water filter jug. The apartment is fully fitted with everything you need for short, medium, or long-term stays.  
  
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
