Every room has its own bathroom! 6 fireplaces, great outdoor patio with fire pit and seasonal grill and NEW 7-person outdoor hot tub! Four bedrooms have in-room gas fireplaces and four have jetted tubs making the property a great place for reunions, family vacations and special celebrations. No fighting over the bathrooms! Bedrooms, bathrooms and dining room recently renovated-new pictures coming soon. Not to “toot our own horn” but read the reviews- most say the pictures don’t do it justice anyway! Greybourne House features high speed internet WiFi throughout, with extra boosters to ensure coverage across the large home. Smart, flat screen televisions equipped with Xfinity cable channels are in each bedroom, living room, basement game room and kitchen. Two large living areas between the main floor living room and basement game room den give options galore. Kids and adults love the large recently updated basement game room with its natural light from full size walkout French doors and new side patio, complete with outdoor hot tub. The large space provides extra entertainment area with a pool table, 65" tv and bar area complete with refrigerator and wine chiller. New paint, rugs and furnishings make this a favorite hang-out area. Games and playing table including variety of board games are available. On the main floor you'll find cozy living areas with a gas fireplace in living room. The chef's kitchen has an eat-in area with bar stools, two ovens and two large refrigerators and is stocked with cooking tools and appliances. For the coffee and tea lover, includes an electric kettle, a coffee grinder, and three coffee maker styles: Keurig cups, whole pot ground coffee and Nespresso pod coffee with a milk steamer. The main floor living area has a new sofa and loveseat, a 65” TV and both formal and informal dining options. The six bedrooms all have new carpet and Sealy Posturepedic mattresses with special mattress pads for extra comfort. The master king bedroom and one queen secondary bedroom are on the main floor; the other four bedrooms (3 king and 1 queen) are on the second floor. Master bedroom has large walk-in closet and bath, perfect for preparing for special occasions. All bedrooms have bathrooms and closet storage. Designed for 12 adults, home can accommodate up to 14 with sofa bed in basement den. There is a full bath in the basement. Oversize 2 car garage with remote control access has ample room for outdoor recreation equipment storage and convenient parking and entry out of the elements. Mud/storage area with bench is a perfect place to plug in your ski boot warmers! With its large outdoor patio and grounds on over 3 acres, the backyard is stunning in spring, summer and fall, and a snowy paradise in winter. Propane grill and fire pit on back patio along with outdoor seating at two tables with umbrellas available seasonally, (availability subject to weather and safety considerations). Just off route 7, Greybourne House is close to great restaurants, three great hiking trails (Prospect Rock which is accessible by foot from the house, Lye Brook Falls and the Long Trail), major downhill and cross-country ski areas (providing great hiking in summer) including Bromley (8 min), Stratton (less than 20 min), Okemo and Mt. Snow and Wild Wings CX in Peru, VT. Unbeatable location!! Just 9 minutes from the Vermont Summer Horse Show. Golf at Equinox Golf Club, fly fish the Battenkill River or take a fly-fishing lesson at the Orvis headquarters with their own ponds. This house was an ideal location for our family reunion. It was extremely clean, very well-furnished and kept in top-notch condition. All of the beds were comfortable. The house had a very nice balance of private spaces (6 bedrooms) and common areas (spacious den, beautiful dining room, comfortable game and TV room in the basement and a large, well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen had all of the pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, appliances, dishes and serving items that we needed to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. We were all comfortable there and never felt crowded. The building manager was excellent. She proactively communicated with us on a regular basis and promptly responded to the few questions we had. The only negative was the unexpected traffic noise that came from the two major roads nearby. All in all, we could not have asked for a better site for our annual gathering. ##### Michael K. Not this place. It's a former B&B and not some old creaky place, but rather a beautiful, modern property with comfortable, crowd pleasing furnings throughout. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked and the whole place demonstrates pride of ownership. The owner is completely accessible, though there were no worries with our stay. The location was ideal for skiing (we went to Bromley and Stratton), as well as local restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and welcoming and we enjoyed the gift basket from the owners. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked for a large group like ours. Would definitely recommend this home to others! ##### Jenna M. The 6 bedrooms each has their own bathroom, and the common spaces are large and comfortable. Plus there is the huge basement that has a large TV viewing area (lots of seating), plus a game table and pool table, plus a bar and bathroom, so a subset of the larger group can gather down there for fun and games! And Allison is a great host, very available and responsive! We'll be renewing again for next year, which says it all! ##### Richard B. Everything is well appointed and thought out even down to the smallest detail of the guest book. The kitchen and dining room are equipped with everything you might ever need for a large group. Bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the history and legends of the area on the plaques throughout the home. Our group of 10 was very happy with this home and the location.. ##### Greg M. I traveled to Manchester with a group of lifelong friends and their partners for a wedding in nearby Dorset. Allison’s home was the perfect place to host our weekend! Everything about our experience was amazing - including the location, space, cleanliness, amenities, communication, and check in/out process.
