Host was amazing, very communicative. House was incredibly clean and tucked back away from the main house. We stayed 3 nights with my family, 2 young daughters, always felt safe and warm the entire time. Would absolutely rent again from Ian.

This property was very nice and welcoming to pets. We had a great stay and would do it again. The host (IAN) was very nice & helpful. The location was perfect as we went to Salem for Halloween during our stay.

This was an excellent spot to stay in! Ian and his family were super friendly & welcoming! 5 minute ride to downtown Manchester and the T stop makes it amazingly easy to get around the area. Fully backed in yard means we'll likely bring our dog next time we come!
