"Clean, everything we needed, and an enjoyable stay overall."

"This was a really nice house. The owners decorated it for our New Year getaway, which was much appreciated. The house was very clean, it had a lot of space and nice activities in the basement. The property has a nice sandy-looking lake shore. Unfortunately our trip did not go as planned. There was no snow and the lake wasn't frozen, thus we had to find activities outside of what we initially hoped. Because nearby towns are tiny, we ended up driving to Traverse City twice. "My boys (9&10) and I had an awesome weekend at the Toasted Marshmallow. It was clean and cozy. The hot tub was the perfect way to end each day. The clubhouse pool was a ton of fun. Would definitely recommend!!"

"It is so quiet and peaceful there. The home was very clean and everything you needed for your stay was available except for your food. The bathrooms were a little small if you're an XL or larger person but it worked out okay. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had and provided anything we needed. The country store just down the street is stocked with about all you need and the bar and grill next door has great food and wonderful staff. "

"Absolutely gorgeous views! House was very comfortable, we had 12 adults and 2 babies under 6 months. Baby families were in the basement and no one could hear us downstairs. Lower level rooms didn’t feel like basement. Another super nice thing was the towels and linens didn’t feel super cheap and overused. We might go back in winter!"

"The cabin was just as advertised and was located close to many area/activities that we were interested in, such as visiting Traverse City, Petosky, Boyne, Torch Lake and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The property management took great care of us - the internet went down after a storm and the permanent fix was going to take at least a full day but we were provided with a "hot box" as an interim solution that worked perfectly. I definitely would return to this location/cabin."
