LeVilla 558 is the cutest little up northy feeling condo I have!

450 sqaure foot condo that sleeps 3-4 comfortably. Ground level unit with parking out front. No stairs to climb.
Enhanced cleaning protocols followed.

Beautiful brand new renovated bathroom! See pictures.
One bedroom with new KING bed. Not too firm, not too soft! 42 inch TV with DVD player and over 200 channels including a DVR.

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a small meal
Dishes, pots and pans and spices for cooking
Crock pot. If you are looking for something special just ask, I probably have it.
Brand new stainless steel gas grill

Your rental includes a pool pass that gives you access to the Schuss indoor pool and hot tub (seasonal) and the Lakeview indoor and out door pools and hot tubs. (Indoor open year around)

*WIFI recently updated to allow to work from home easily*

Backyard faces the 18th hole and we are a 3 minute walk to the slopes. Nice seating area out back to watch the golfers or grill on the new gas grill. Bonfire pit.

Included with your stay is a pool pass that allows guests to use the indoor pool and hot tub in Schuss Village and the beautiful outdoor pool that overlooks Lake Bellaire at Summit Village.

We are on the Schuss golf course and there are 5 other popular courses within a few miles.

This is a great location to use as a hub and take day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake or Charlevoix. Sleeping Bear Dunes makes a great day trip.

***There is a special boat and trailer parking lot. Boats are not allowed in the condo parking lot***

The rental was tiny, but packed a lot of punch. Everything looked freshly re-done. Very clean, nicely decorated, located tucked away on the golf course with minimal car traffic. Very enjoyable and close to many fun things to do .

This was a great place for my husband and me. It was super quiet, being the off season, and the little patio off the bedroom was nice for watching birds and listening to frogs in the pond. The kitchenette was just right for our needs. We like to go into Bellaire to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich at Ruthann’s or get a meal at Short’s or The Corner Bistro. But I liked being able to put snacks in the little fridge. The walk-in shower was great and the sofa was a comfy place for a nap. We would stay here again!

Anniversary Getaway....
I booked this 1 bedroom for a quick anniversary getaway. We have been to the area many times before and the Shanty Creek area is one of our favorites. We love all that the area has to offer and we never run out of things to do or places to go! This property was great, its was extremely clean, updated, as described and in a perfect location for our needs. The whole process with Connie was seamless, she was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. We will be back and it will be in one of Connie's properties. Great alternative to a hotel room
We enjoyed our stay in this cute, cozy condo. We were attending a conference at Shanty Creek and didn't really want to stay in a hotel room, and found this to be the perfect arrangement for us. It was close to the conference, in a lovely setting, and was very comfortable with that "up north" feel. The bed was very comfortable and the check in and checkout was easy and smooth. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
