Great Experience

This is our 2nd year staying at this listing for spring break. Both trips went so well. The condo is so clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. I also love how there are beach chairs, towels and snorkels to use all week. There is a hammock that he hung on palm trees this year which was nice and relaxing to the sound of the ocean. Ryan the owner is so accommodating and is quick to respond. One of the nights we stayed, there was a power outage on the whole island and he was really helpful. I highly recommend saying here! It’s a bit of a drive maybe 40 min from San Juan and was about 2 hrs from Crash Boat. We didn’t mind driving to wherever we wanted to go. We also enjoyed Mar Chiquita which is right next to the beach the condo is on (2min walk). In the master bedroom closet there are a few games to play with kids/family at night.

Great stay at Mar Chiquita

We enjoyed the very private location and beachfront. Beautiful beach decor and large comfortable rooms. Ocean breeze, no mosquitoes! Great place!

Nice property, very clean. But one of the bathroom 🚿 showershead needed fixing, and I did the reach out to host and the owner, about that. So we just took a shower in the one bathroom that the showershead was working..

Absolutely beautiful view but…

After the day we had at Orlando International Airport (Frontier Airlines is the worst!), Valerie was a blessing and the apartment was wonderful! Everything was close by (ie; Walmart, drugstores, grocery, local fabulous eateries and the beautiful beach). The one thing we were missing was wash cloths…so if you’re used to using those be sure to bring them! One thing about the property that needs to be addressed would be the steps. They tend to become slippery when it’s hot/humid outside. Both my son and husband fell on them. My husband actually has torn his rotator cuff from falling down those steps on our last night there.

We will return, Valeria was helpful at every step. The owner even got involved with an electric switch issue. The hammock was popular enough to involve a friendly competition! The responsiveness of management and owner ship was spectacular as noted above. The beach was beautiful, with the dramatic waves crashing over the rocks

Great location right on the beach

You can't get much closer to the beach. We were hoping to hear ocean waves crashing from wherever we stayed, and we're not disappointed. Vivian made check in and out very easy. There's a nice small grocery store a couple minute drive away. Don't expect to swim in the ocean here, but I the pool was a hit with my daughter. I'm deducting a star because the mattresses are in desperate need of a replacement. Desperate! Also, many of the beach items pictured in the listing are not there anymore which we were counting on and one of the reasons we chose this property compared to the others available at Seaside.

Beautiful beach view

Great condo! Wonderful beach access right outside the condo as well as one of Manati’s best beaches right next door. Condo is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach. We would definitely come back.

Great find and home base to explore

Superb location. Immersed with amenities. Beachfront access endless waves and ocean breeze. Will definitely stay again. Host condo really had all a family needs for a long stay.

Had a very pleasant stay and experience here. 5 days, 4 nights with really no complaints. The property was well kept, it felt very safe/secure, plenty of recreational amenities provided (although we never really used anything), and it was very quiet/peaceful. The particular week we went there were rip current warnings and VERY strong surf. We couldn’t really swim, other than staying on the edge of the pool within Chiquita Mar. It’s a VERY rocky beach too, FYI. They provided us a list of nearby attractions, restaurants, etc. (via email) and mentioned Costa Azul. I HIGHLY recommend that restaurant as well. Out of all our dining experiences, that was our FAVE restaurant. Upon leaving, you’re asked to wash towels used in their washer/dryer located in the garage. For whatever reason, I couldn’t get the washer to work at first. So take a look at it in advance, rather than just before leaving like I did. All in all, a VERY pleasant week here!

Will definitely not book with Evolve.Pictures are deceiving and old.

Book it at your own risk. I booked it through vrbo and will be asking the deposit for cleaning. Before booking I was not told that I have to wash,dry,fold all the towels. Strip all the linens and leave it for the housekeeper. The very first meeting with Bob was very unpleasant. He said that he is only available from 6am -6pm. If there is any problem or need anything, it has to wait until the next day. He does not respond to any calls after hours. We have 2 teens 17& 18 so we weren't worried about anything. But if you have little kids you might wanna consider other kids friendly places. The place is very old and definitely need a good cleaning and the bathrooms are outdated and moldy. We only had 4 nights and we didn't wanted to talk to Bob since he was very uptight. Beach in front of the property cannot be used to go into the water because it is all surrounded with rocks and tgey are slippery. But if walk towards left for 5 min you are at the most beautiful beach Mar Chiquita beach. Backyard and the BBQ was not clean to even use any off it. We drove 10 min everyday to use Vega Baja beach. Must visit. Guest room bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. Master bedroom was ok. AC in all the rooms was very good. Laundry was very uncomfortable because it is not part of the apartment. It's in the garage and the only entrance is from garage. Also it doesn't even work. All my clothes didn't even get wet. I had to start it few times to get the water to max. Most of all the attitude of Bob threw us off. We will not be doing business with evolve.

Very Good Property

We stayed at the condo for a week with our two kids and had a great time. The area is quite remote and quiet, but only a 10-15 minute drive to Walmart, which is what we were looking for. The condo complex is pretty small and was quiet the whole time we were there and therefore relaxing. The beach in front of the condo was very nice and clean, but the rocks make it so swimming isn’t possible. We did swim at the public beach next door, which was quiet and not crowded during the week. The snorkeling was quite good! The condo had everything we needed and the customer service from the property manager was great. A couple of items were missing in the unit for cooking and the beach, and the property manager took care of it quickly. It showed that the guests needs are put first and foremost, something a lot of properties do not do. We would stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Pictures are exactly as they appear. The condo is prefect and comfortable. Access to everything and we enjoyed walking on the private beach in the morning. Definitely looking to come back .

Best Private beach condo!

Bob was the best part of our experience there. He was available for anything we were in need of and full of information about the area. This beach house seemed to be one of the nicest ones there with a great beach patio area with a shower to rinse off before going back into the condo & also had a great grill to cook out steaks. Great patio on second floor to sit and have drinks and listen to the ocean. Loved the sound of the waves all night. Can't wait to come back again! Thank you Bob!!

Absolutely great!

Condo was clean and came with a ton of beach supplies. Location was absolutely gorgeous and private. Views were incredible. Property manager was very kind and helpful and available when we had questions. Overall, great stay and would come again!
