Just minutes away from the best beaches in Manatí such as La Esperanza, La Cueva de las Golondrinas, La Poza de las Mujeres, Playa Mar Chiquita, Playa Los Tubos and El Balneario de Vega Baja (Puerto Nuevo/Mar Bella). Close to great restaurants and bars. Ideal for couples and groups of up to 10 people. With 5 bedrooms, 2 dinning rooms and 2 livings rooms. Unique stunning tile bathrooms and full use of your own washing machine and dryer. The residence has private parking space for up to 6 vehicles. Perfect getaway to unwind in the charming terrace overlooking the backyard: a peaceful spot with fresh air. Great for sipping coffee in the vintage rocking chairs or just doze off in the wide and comfy hammock, after you take a dip in the medium sized pool. 1\. NO smoking allowed inside or outside the apartment (if smell or smoking detected, a fee of $200 will apply for not complying. 2\.
