« Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists. »

« Excellent. I am in Florida for disaster relief. No other hotels available. The owner made sure I had a place to stay and helped with anything needed. Yes, you are staying on a boat however, they make sure you are able to get to your car at whatever time to make it to work at whatever time day or night with free overnight parking. I was a little skeptical at first with it being off of land and out of the ordinary but they made sure it was accommodating for me. They provided disaster relief free...

« Owners never returned messages to allow us to access the property. Lost my payment and wasnt able to get a refund & had to book another room. Terrible do not recommend »

« The owners never replied to any of my messages and never showed up to get me checked in. I contacted Expedia, who tried to help me over chat, but they were unable to find a suitable replacement and I couldn’t leave the chat to check out pictures or the map to see what they were proposing. Eventually, they reimbursed my stay and I had to make myself other arrangements, which was difficult last minute, and way more expensive. »
