Very easy to get around, the owners were great at communicating how to get on the property and what they expected, and I loved how quiet and private the neighborhood was. That being said, the actual cleanliness of the property was horrendous. I got there later in the day, very easy check-in and access to the property. Phone service in that area is not great so make sure you have all the information you need before reaching the property.
