"Some staff were very curtious but some front desk staff didn't blin when you walked by.
Managers were great and Alphonso in the main dining room was all over the lace. Helping customers, other staff and adjusting decor on top on that.
Only problem was the hot water in the shower was only warm when water from the sink was hot. Engineers came to check but luke warm was the result more than one day..."

"The staff were very friendly helpful. The hotel is extremely clean and well looked after. The room 604 was very spacious and clean, very large bed. Room was cleaned every day bottled water and anything you had forgotten. Pool is small but lovely. We had a buffet that didn't disappoint. The only disappointment for us was that we were there during Ramadan so we could only eat and drink in our room during the day. This also meant that children ran around all night slamming doors and screaming, not a lot you can do about that.
