We accept booking only minimum 6 month.  
We provide two room with 1 private washroom and one washroom outside the room. And kitchen and one living area with spacious 8 seated sofa .  
Only long stay guest we need .  
Land lord of property live 3 min walking distance from property .  
  
Only purpose to rent out is just look and take care of property .
