It is just a few minutes drive to the great beaches in LBI. The spacious living area offers vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and 2 sets of sliding doors which open onto the expansive deck perfect for entertaining. Modern kitchen amenities include a center island with breakfast bar, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, gas cooking, microwave, and Keurig pod coffee maker. There is an additional first floor family room so there is plenty of room for friends and family. The master bedroom has a private deck with more great views, walk-in closet and full tiled bath with body spray shower. There is zoned Central A/C and the laundry room is conveniently located to all 3 bedrooms. There is plenty of space for all of your watercraft on the 74 foot dock. Go kayaking, fishing and crabbing right in your back yard, and don’t forget about the outdoor shower. Check-in at 4:00pm - Check-out at 10:00am Linens and Bath Towels provided for a fee. Off-street parking for 4 cars. 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds and 1 Bunk Bed (full bed on bottom, twin bed on top). BBQ Gas Grill, WiFI, Washer & Dryer provided. No smoking.
