Our flight was delayed and didn't arrive in Manauga until 12:00AM. We had arranged for the Airport Shuttle in advance before taking off, but the driver had misspelled our names which caused a lot of confusion. We took our precautions and called the hotel to confirm the driver. Once checked in, the bed and private balcony in the room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and the hotel is located in a safe and pretty neighbourhood. I was there for business and a lot of companies are based streets aways. The hotel is also very attractive and does an okay breakfast. As for the rooms, they are large, clean and quiet. My problem was that this is a fairly expensive hotel for Managua and it felt like a cave. My room was on the ground floor and the only window faced the interior courtyard. This meant it got very little natural light. After three nights, I felt like a trogolydte and was ready to do some cave paintings on the wall. My room with a balcony was always clean and quiet. They offer a good selection of hot breakfasts, which are included in the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a selection of good restaurants within a nice walking distance from the hotel.
