I made my reservation through Expedia and paid beforehand, also if the surcharge is warranted I should have been made aware beforehand so I could make alternative plans or agreed to said surcharge. We had a cockroach in our room. Some cocoon creatures on the ceilings. The shower head is something out of a nightmare. I’ve honestly never stayed in a dirtier room in my life. But the front desk staff were nice. After clearing things out they were asking me for my driving license and my government identification to hold them in a very insecure location. After going back and forth I asked them to cancel my reservation bc I was not going to be driving without driving license or without any proper identification. Very rude new administrator and really a poor educated arrogant person.
