The hotel is fantastic, it’s in such a perfect location, near to the most beautiful beach, loads of great shops, bars etc. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The all inclusive options are great, lots of choice of drinks, including cocktails. The food is pretty good too, although I did get a bit bored after a few days but there’s other places to eat nearby. You need to remember your plastic cup otherwise they charge €1 for a new one. There are quite a lot of steps, which I actually quite like as it’s my only exercise while I was there but maybe not good if you have mobility issues. I personally enjoyed walking down to the pool and back up for lunch etc. All the staff are amazing, I even called the hotel a few times leading up to our stay to ask questions and they sorted everything I asked them. They were so friendly and welcoming. The animation team were great for activities throughout the day and entertainment at night. This was my second time, I’ve never been back to the same place twice before and I would absolutely come again. Thank you guys!" A few negatives.. the shower handle was broken. You had to go to reception to get a new towel which you need a shuttle for and not available until 10am. Sometimes a long wait for the shuttle. Also had to pay deposit for towel which seems unnecessary. Overall had a great experience, would definitely recommend.
