Porto Cristo: Small, child friendly, beautiful bungalow "Bonita", built in 1970 in 2009, surrounded by trees and fields. In the district of Porto Cristo Novo, outside the resort Porto Cristo, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 300 m from the sea. For shared use: barbecue. Private: property (fenced), garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Porto Cristo" 800 m, railway station "Manacor" 17 km, sandy beach 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 300 m, riding stable 1 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, suitable for seniors baby equipment on request (included). Object suitable for 4 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups.  
"Bonita", 3-room bungalow 70 m2\. Object suitable for 4 adults. Simple and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with open-hearth fireplace and dining nook. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 folding bed. Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill) with dining table. Shower/WC. Small balcony 3 m2, terrace 15 m2, patio 20 m2\. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). View of the swimming pool, the garden, the countryside and the resort.
