The reformed house is perfectly oriented to the southeast, has 320m2 of indoor units, plus open terraces both on the ground floor and on the first floor bedrooms. Inside it is distributed in 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of them in suite), large fully equipped kitchen, office, large living room with classic fireplace, utility room, and distribution areas. The exterior of the house has various garden areas, infinity pool of 10.5m x 3.5m and depth from 0.4m to 1.6m, with a wide relaxation platform and easy access for children. Large solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas, and attached pergola with grass floor and a vegetal cover for shading area. Another terrace with pergola, barbecue, and outside dining room. Front porch with another outside dinning area and relax area. Rear terrace on ground floor with northwest orientation. Various areas for parking vehicles. Traditional retaining walls in dry stone rehabilitated at the end of 2016. The various terraces of the house and the different outdoor areas ensure privacy among the guests themselves. The house is equipped with "Siemens" appliances, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a satellite aerial that allows the reception of international channels in English, German, and other languages. Groups up to 16 people can be admitted by renting another nearby house that belongs to the same family if both houses are available the same dates. The owner can suggest different leisure options in its different modalities (cultural, gastronomic, sports, etc.).
