3 bedroom accommodation in Porto Cristo

This simple, small finca with a great swimming pool is located just outside Porto Cristo in the direction of Son Carrió/Artá. The water of the approximately 15 m2 large and about 1.70 m deep pool is regularly renewed, as this is used for irrigation of the orange plantation and vegetable beds. The access to the stairs can be secured with a barrier. The owner regularly comes by to check on the vegetable garden and the chickens in the fenced area.

Barbecue on the terrace in the evening and dine al fresco under the twinkling stars. Porto Cristo is a very popular resort with a beautiful bathing bay. There you will also find an attractive promenade and the famous Dragon Caves. A popular bike and walking path leads from Porto Cristo to Son Servera. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit.

Das Objekt lag ca. 1 km von Porto Cristo entfernt umgeben von Orangen- und Zitronenanlagen, recht idyllisch. Allerdings leben dort ca. 60 Hühner und auch einige Hähne, die morgens um 5 Uhr zu krähen begannen, 10 m vom Haus entfernt.Das Haus ist ungepflegt, es roch moderig und in der Küche tummelten sich immer wieder Kakalaken. Das Geschirr war schmutzig, die Küche alt und verkommen. Die Krönung war, dass es nachts bei heftigem Regen in dem Zimmer, in dem unser Sohn mit unserem 4-jährigen Enkel übernachtete, durch regnete. Das Bett war durchnässt und wir haben im Topf das Wasser gesammelt. Erst nach Aufforderung am nächsten Abend haben wir eine neue Matratze und Bettzeug bekommen. Der Vermieter meinte, wir können ja die nächste Nacht oben auf der Terrasse einen Behälter für das Regenwasser aufstellen. Zum Glück regnete es nicht mehr. Auch wenn der Vermieter freundlich war und wir Eier und Orangen bekamen, können wir das Haus nicht empfehlen. Wir sind Ferienhaus erprobt und nicht besonders pingelig, aber das übertraf jegliche unangenehmen Erfahrungen.

Maison ancienne mais confortable Environnement très agréable Beaucoup de linge (draps, serviettes ....) à disposition ce qui est trés bien . Bon accueil à l arrivée.
