n the middle of the countryside near Manacor village, Villa Carmela offers greats view of the vineyard of Pere Seda, with classical style is the perfect place to spend an holiday in Mallorca.  
  
The house is divided on three floor, a space outside with grass garden, a modern pool 11x5.50 mt surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds to relax, lounge areas a covered loggia with a large table with chairs, for dinners outside, there is also a Bbq, garden furniture and a guest bathroom  
  
\===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====  
just few step and we enter inside, the spacious living rooms, which guarantee all the comfort and high quality standards, including sofas, TV fireplace and games table, the dining area with table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen, very spacious ,ideal for banquets, it has the direct access to the pool area.  
There is a second kitchen on the first floor just in front of the dining terrace outside, from where the guests will enjoy the beauty of the landscape and the Island sunsets. At this floor there is an office room with pc and printer and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.  
  
Villa Carmela can accommodate comfortably 12 person in 6 large bedroom with air conditioning and heating, divided like this:  
  
Room 1 – Ground floor with direct access at the pool area, has two twin beds and a sofa bed, TV, a sofa, living area and en suite bathroom.  
Room 2 – First floor, it has one double bed 160cm, TV and share the bathroom with bathtub.  
Room 3 -First floor – it has two twin beds 100cm, TV and share the bathroom with bathtub.  
Room 4 – Second floor – it has a double bed 160cm and a sofa bed, office table, a sofa, living area, TV and en suite bathroom with bathtub.  
Room 5 – Second floor - it has a double bed 180cm and a sofa bed ,office table, a sofa, living area, TV and en suite bathroom with bathtub.  
Room 6 -Second floor – it has a double bed 200 cm, TV and en suite bathroom with bathtub.  
  
If interested, the guests can enjoy a gym area and a welcome service, with local products, fruits and refreshments.  
This property is prefect for a peaceful and friendly holiday surrounded by nature, near the town of Manacor and all the services, included a Sport Center with all the facilities and a museum.
