With 280 m² of surface area, the property stands out for its cosy style, its luminosity and its open views of the mountains and the garden. Outside, you will find a well-maintained garden with furniture to relax in the sun or enjoy outdoor dinners, as well as a private pool ideal for cooling off during warm days. The property also has a terrace, barbecue, outdoor parking area, and offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay: fireplace, central heating, air conditioning in the living room and several bedrooms, and free WiFi connection. Inside, the independent and fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances: electric hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer. The house also includes an iron, hairdryer and satellite TV in various languages (Spanish, English, German). Cala Mendia is a small and charming beach located on the east coast of Mallorca, near Porto Cristo. Surrounded by cliffs and Mediterranean vegetation, this beach with white sand and turquoise waters is ideal for families and those seeking tranquillity. Its natural surroundings, shallow waters, and nearby services make it a perfect place to relax, swim, and enjoy the sun. Despite its beauty, it maintains a more peaceful atmosphere than other more touristy beaches on the island.
