Sleeps up to 4 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft. This bright, ground-floor corner unit is all one level with no outside stairs required for entry. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, while the living room offers a queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, dishware, cookware, and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area provides seating for meals and gatherings. Guests enjoy access to Wildflower's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, seasonal heated swimming pool, and multipurpose court (tennis, pickleball, basketball). The fireplace heat the condo very well. The kitchen would benefit from more light. The only negative is the hot tub of the wildflowers complex, it had murky water and a really bad smell. ##### Francois A.
