We had epic snow during our stay and the management crew cleaned and maintained our access twice or more a day. They kept the icicles and snow from falling on us. The property inside was clean, everything worked and we loved pellet stove. The sleeping conditions were just great for children that are timid sleepers when in a new place. Only constructive feedback we have is the heating system was inconsistent, the radiant ceiling didn't maintain a constant temperature, there were no pellets left for the fireplace and lastly, the twin mattresses (for the bunk bed) seemed exceptionally soft (the main bed was great though). The bedroom was over crowded as it had both a bunk bed and a large (queen?) bed and so very little room to move. The little patio needs a bit of care, it was unswept, had some construction debris stacked in it and so on, so that was not much of an amenity.
