The condo is a tri-level end unit that does not have anyone above or below them. The condo is beautifully decorated with new comfy furniture to relax in after a fun filled day in this small mountain community. There is a new flat screen tv in the living room to relax after a busy day. The kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops, all new appliances and tile flooring. There are tv's in each of the three bedrooms. The condo includes FREE Wi-Fi. There is brand new carpeting throughout the condo. It is a wonderful setting in either summer or winter! Winter activities beyond skiing and snowboarding are sledding, cross country skiing, and snow mobiles. Relax in the jacuzzi with a cool drink. Or snuggle up with a good book and take time for yourself. Yosemite is just a little over one hour away if you want to be out for a great adventure. Or the ghost town of Bodie is a little over an hour. Summer is a great time to explore the great outdoors. Five lakes are within just a few miles of the condo for your swimming or fishing enjoyment. In addition there are tennis courts nearby in a beautiful setting surrounded by tall pines. Mountain biking is a very popular sport in Mammoth. Canyon Lodge is a quick walk from the condo, which means everyone can be on their own schedule with when and how long they ski or snowboard. That flexibility makes such a difference. The accommodations are really nice a few minor things that the owner might want take a look at. The kitchen is nice. The bathrooms are a little outdated. It’s old style with carpet but that’s no big deal. The patios are great again the location is fantastic everything worked. We had a little trouble checking in because they send you the paperwork in the parking passes and I booked a little close to the trip and I didn’t get my stuff in the mail before I got there.
