Apr 3, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Check-in, communication #### disappointed hot water problems have to check in at another site away from the property directions for where to leave keys and parking pass not clear I was able to contact the property manager for hot water complaint but have no idea if they ever came to fix it as they left no note or message and ultimately found out the hot water to the king bedroom bath was very delayed ... literally, 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water to the shower the lincoln building had one of two elevators working which led to a very inconvenient loading and unloading as well as going to and from the place with delays waiting for the one elevator everybody in the building was using...( this is the second time this winter I've stayed in that building and both times this happened for the entire week i was there, i never saw anyone even working on it) 1 of 4 jacuzzis was open( 2 were buried by snow , i think and one was blocked by snow removal activity) The noise from the street was annoying ...( something to consider, but not a deal breaker as the unit was very convenient for enjoying the village at night and getting to and from the village gondola to the canyon lodge) overall I would reconsider staying at the village lodge and maybe opt for a place up near the canyon lodge... or maybe pick a different building at the property. ##### matt m.
