Located right inside the Village Lodge, our one bedroom condo has the best location in town. Others advertise a village location but in reality they are across the street and several blocks away. Not us. Our extra-large, immaculately clean condo (only one of four such oversized units in The Village) is just steps away from dozens of restaurants, bistros, and shops. But best of all, right downstairs you can catch the Gondola to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. No more lugging your skis, boards and boots into your car, hunting for parking at the resort, and trudging for a mile to the ski lifts. Just park your vehicle in the underground parking garage, and never use it the rest of your stay! Our interior Village view has a lot of benefits, but the best part is you are off the road, so you won't hear snow removal vehicles or buses going, like you would if you were on the street side. CONVENIENCE Check in is super easy. No need to find a rental company office late at night to collect the keys--there is a lockbox right outside our front door. Lockbox combination, wifi passwords and a welcome email with recommendations will be emailed to you one week before arrival. I love the location and unit was very clean. I would have given 5 stars if the bed didn’t seem slightly uncomfortable. Had a mattress topper but the mattress underneath needs replacing. Could have used a few more towels in the kitchen and a Keurig. Other than that everything was great. Just know these units don’t have a central air and the air conditioning unit is very loud. Also I would have brought some decent coffee with me. It doesn’t get more convenient than being right in the village. Walking distance to everything! We really appreciated the parking garage for safe keeping of our car, bikes, & paddle boards. The property was just perfect and a great stay for my husband and son who wanted to get a few more ski days in. The condo was comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The room, towels, bedding and furniture were all very clean and comfortable and made my wife and me feel very at home. The hosts were extremely responsive with any questions we had and very clearly put in extra time and effort to make the property welcoming for their guests.
