Very conveniently located to enjoy charming boutiques, beautiful lakes, and fresh mountain air. High in the spectacular Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains, this executive townhome is nestled alongside the Sierra Star Golf Course and only a few steps from the Free Town of Mammoth Lakes shuttle bus and Town Bike Path .... yet located in a quiet cul-de-sac setting. Less than 45-minute scenic drive to beautiful Yosemite National Park (Half Dome and El Capitan) and Mono Lake or Bodie State Park ghost town! Just a short drive to June Mountain and only a few minutes from Lake George, Lake Mary, and the Twin Lakes. 15 minutes’ drive to the Mammoth Yosemite Airport (MMH) and a 50-minute drive to the Bishop, Ca. airport (BIH). Immaculate, 2,100 square foot end unit is the ONLY stand-alone (more private, much quieter and brighter) residence at Mammoth Gateway Village. It has been professionally decorated and fully furnished with the finest decor, furniture, electronics, home theater system, iPod docking sound systems, bedding, washer/dryer, iron/board, gas fireplace, propane BBQ grill, and amenities for your complete and hassle-free vacation experience. You will enjoy the convenience of the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could ask for. There are three large bedrooms plus a loft and two full baths. The large, Primary suite is furnished with a luxurious King-size bed, its own balcony, TV/DVD, iPod docking station with cd player, and a full bath including a whirlpool jet tub. This room also includes a desk with high-speed wireless internet access and keyboard/mouse/monitor for use with your laptop. Great for remote working. A second spacious bedroom is equipped with a Queen-size bed and dresser along with iPod docking station. The third bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, 2 dressers, a twin hide-a-mat with a private patio deck. The leather Queen sleeper-sofa located in the family room provides additional sleeping. Family room has a big screen TV, amazing home theatre surround sound system, iPod dock, and gas fireplace. There is also a private loft with a pullout bed, Flat Screen TV/DVD/CD/VCR and additional room for sleeping bags. This residence will accommodate eight to ten people comfortably. Private, attached two-car garage includes room for conveniently and safely storing all your skis, snowboards, mountain bikes, fishing gear, golf clubs and other toys. It was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The kitchen and home amenities were well stocked and everything worked smoothly, which made it super convenient. Séjour de 3 nuits en décembre 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Kenji O. 27 févr. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Great space for 2 families, convenient to free shuttle We had the good fortune of staying at this property during a heavy snowfall up at Mammoth. 5' of snow was piled up by the garage! The property is well maintained with a snowplow coming by in the AM to clear the snow build-up in the driveway. There are two lengthy indoor garage spots. I was able to park my Tesla X with rear bike rack and ski/snowboard attachment without any problems. The owners had preheated the house prior to our arrival (nice touch) so it was cozy when we entered. The house, a relatively new build, itself is very clean and roomy with three bedrooms and a loft. One bedroom has two sets of bunks that are ideal for kids, as is the loft. The master bedroom I slept in had a comfortable mattress and blankets. Hot water was not a problem for the bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked, they had a good collection of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. We cooked three or four meals and had all the items we needed. Gas stove was a plus! Location wise, was great as it's right next to the Mammoth shuttle pick-up and drop-off on Main. You could also walk to Canyon Village but it's about a half mile.
