Sleeps up to 8 guests and is approximately 1,300 sq. ft. This second-story unit spans two levels. The primary bedroom features a king bed. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the loft offers a king bed, two twin beds, and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living room provides an additional flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a wood-burning stove (wood provided), and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing seating for meals. Two outdoor parking spaces are included. Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village's community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ areas, and tennis court. It was very comfortable and open. The upper loft was so fun for my 7 and 9 year old. I saw a review about the bathroom doors. It is true they come close to the toilets -BUT- I don't feel its a star off. It is what it is and didn't affect out stay at all.
