We were so glad to see all was listed as it truly was, very quiet area and very accessible to all the nearby attractions. Would recommend replacing the master bed as it groans and creeks with even the slightest movements; pillows could be improved as well. Last recommendation is to provide grill brushes for the outdoor grill which we assumed was okay for all residents to use, although it wasn't clear in the description. There are multiple different transportation lines across from the property that will take you all over the area. You can walk to Vons, a brewery, the golf course, movies, and bowling. You are close to the bike path, and the different parks. This location is perfect if you want to spend time exploring in the Mammoth Lakes area.
