Located in the St Moritz condo complex. First floor: living area with pellet stove and flat screen TV, full-stocked kitchen, Dining area, King bedroom and full bath. Second floor: King bedroom, loft with bunk beds, full bath. Parking is right outside the door with room for two cars. Outside Common Area: Grills, jacuzzi, (pool in summer). Inside Common Area: Game room, sauna, laundry. Next to the shuttle route to the Eagle Lodge Express Ski Lift Area in Mammoth Lakes. We had a great stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and was stocked with everything we needed to feel like home. We were a group of 8\. The four kids loved the double bunk beds but we weren’t aware it was a loft (unclear in the listing) which meant the adults had to whisper downstairs after the kids went to bed. Bathrooms & kitchen are quite aged and were not cleaned by the housekeepers. Food stains, hair and dirt everywhere. Bedroom had a missing tv remote and when reported to the mgr, they didn’t bother bringing a new one. The heater was an odd, difficult device to deal with and glad we didn’t have to pay out of pocket for more pellets. We had a great time on the mountain and this was a very convenient location. There were a couple of things I didn’t notice when I booked the place such as: the pellet stove for heat, which the pellets were right at vons. The other was no shampoo or toiletries in the bathroom. I kind of expected some of these items. But again we figured it out. The accommodations again were very clean and the rooms were great. I would stay here again. ##### Jessica B.
