Beds: Master bedroom, Queen bed; Living room sofa bed - Queen sleeper; Upstairs bedroom - King bed and full size bunks with an additional bed that pulls out. Living room has a 42' flat screen TV, master bedroom 40' flat screen and upstairs bedroom a 32' TV. On site ski locker in garage for guest use during stay. The courtyard area has a heated pool (summer only), 2 year round outdoor hot tubs, BBQs and picnic tables summer/fall. The recreation room has a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave for group gatherings, a large screen TV, sitting area with large fireplace. For winter skiers, the complex is located roughly 110 yards from Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge. ONLY 1 INSIDE PARKING SPOT IS GUARANTEED WITH THIS UNIT (6'8 clearance) any additional parking is not guaranteed. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO EMOTIONAL SUPPPORT ANIMALS. ONLY ADA SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED.
