Walk to Eagle Lodge! This unit is located in phase 1 of the Summit in the Emerson building. Comfortable 2 bedroom/ loft, 2 bathroom condominium; sleeps up to 8. Enjoy a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV, internet access, and a wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a King bed with adjacent full bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The loft has a Queen bed plus two twin beds, TV, with a shared full bathroom with tub/shower combo and separate vanity. The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"). Located on the green shuttle route. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guest will be provided two parking permits. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great location, could use more kitchen items etc.

Property is super close to Eagle which is great. Unfortunately, kitchen supplies and tools were lacking. However, upon requesting same, management did a good job of replacing or refilling most things we needed. All in all a nice spot, could use some updating.

nice place but management sucks

I asked for a early check in they said no problem and said they'd call shortly, they didnt I had to go to the office where my key was ready but they didnt tell me. The beds and blankets sucked. They said id have two parking spots, one of them was hidden (14) and outside there was none, I parked in another spot just to unload for 5 minutes and they put a sticker on my window that blocked my mirror making it extremely dangerous to drive I couldnt see my mirror, the big sticker was impossible to scrape off I needed to scrub it with soap and water for 10 minutes and there is still residue that reflects light into my eyes when driving. some of the taps didnt have hot water. Great location, wish I never booked it, plenty of better options out there.

Unbeatable Location, Needs Updates

I walked on to the slopes at Eagle both days of my trip, so the location is hard to beat. The condo, though dated, was clean when we arrived. But ownership needs to invest back into this condo with some new bed frames, mattresses, and box springs that are the same size. A queen mattress on a full box spring is not going to work and everything is way past its useful life. Also, vinyl floors would be preferred and easier to clean over the high shag carpet — carpet is past its useful life as well. If I were just coming back with some guys, I would consider staying here again purely for the location. But my wife doesn’t want to stay here again so we’ll have to look elsewhere.

Pleasantly Surprised

We booked this property for a last second trip during the height of the season. We had another couple staying with us, splitting the cost in half and making it very affordable. The real benefit of Summit #14 is its proximity to Eagle. Literally a 5 minute walk with a 4 and 7 year old from the door to the lift. Can’t beat it. If you are focused on snowboarding/skiing and not in need of modern decor, kitchen, or floor plan, this property is perfect. We fit 9 people fairly comfortably. Only complaint would be the coffee maker and fireplace. The coffee maker is in serious need of an upgrade, and the fireplace can backdraft smoke in the house on a very windy day. Other than that, we were really happy with our experience.

Overpriced and Outdated

For over $900 per night (including taxes & fees), I was very disappointed with the accommodations. I understand that the time that I was there was premium but regardless, most of the items in the condo can be purchased at a very reasonable price. Everything in this condo should be upgraded starting with the mattresses, dishes, dishwasher, and toilets, just to name a few. The loft's bunk bed was creaky. There was only 1 TV (about 45") in the living room (Costco's 55" TV only costs $399 fyi). The only good thing about this condo is that it is in walking distance to the lifts. This was a "Rustic Condo" but I just think that it's too rustic for me. The wi-fi in our Suburban was faster than what was in the condo's. Sorry for such a bad review but I really think the condo needs a complete makeover.

Convenient

The location is very close to Eagle lodge. It was a short walk with kids. The parking was ample. The only difficulty was the two flights of stairs, without an elevator this required many trips up and down. There was no dolly to help either. The condo itself, was clean but not updated. It had most everything we needed and was comfortable for two families with kids. The loft was cozy and slept the kids perfectly. The only issue was the stairs!
