Great place to stay if your going to Mammoth. Walking distance to Canyon makes everything so much more easier especially when you are traveling with children. Great property would highly recommend.

#### Nice stay

The location was nice and overall a great stay. The walls need some work in the living room as the wood paneling is cracking. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishware (some bowls were cracked) so need to review such so no one cuts themselves. It would be nice to include a broom and pan, so that we can help clean up crumbs on the floor (especially since have kids, crumbs drop under table). Overall, great stay and thank you for such!

#### Great overall

The location id great, just a 5 minute walk to the lift. Our unit was nicely updated, had decent furniture, and a very well appointed kitchen. The King bed was a gel mattress and felt very hard until it warmed up, then it was comfy. The other bed mattress wasn't so great (according to our son). Also, the TP was the worst single-ply we've ever endured. Other than those two items, we highly recommend!
