To summarize, it was fantastic, if not for the unique layout, this home would have been absolutely perfect. Views out of every room, you can see Mammoth Mountain, Old Mammoth Rock, the sunset and the neighborhood. The layout- if you have someone in your party that is adverse to stairs, please know there are two full bedrooms downstairs. You can enter the home through the front door which is a large set of stairs, or you can go through the garage which is what we did. Only two stairs to those downstairs bedrooms. The primary bedroom is upstairs with a primary suite, powder room, kitchen and family room. Garage fit my Toyota Tundra (with a bike rack) and could have fit another car. There is an electric car charger with Tesla plug. Driveway fits two cars, then there are two guest spots \*just\* outside the house. The community is quiet and my kids could ride their bikes around with ease. The kitchen was fully stocked and since the house is newer, everything was fully functional. You have pots, pans, full sets of knives and cooking utensils. Everything was very clean. Kitchen table fit everyone with ease. They have a smart TV and you can log in to see all of your apps. Wifi worked as well as Mammoth wifi does. AIR CONDITIONING! A life saver for the summer, it's a zoned unit so you can cool either floor independent of the other. This is a game changer for Mammoth.
