Walk your building's pathway, then up a set of exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door you’ll find the entire property on the main level. Also love that they provide Toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, and paper towels. The only thing we needed to bring was shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The fold-out sofa mattress needs to be replaced, there are actual springs poking thru. I would suggest bringing a mattress topper to throw on top if you need to use it. Upon arrival the complex was badly snowed in and there was not a shovel anywhere in the unit. The management company did bring one the next day, but boy was it tough to lug all our stuff from the car in that much snow, Also all the wood was outside covered if many feet of snow so we had to dig that out and allow it to dry out before we could start a fire. ##### Nicole V.
