This light and bright 1 bedroom plus loft, one bathroom condo is perfect for a

family Mountain getaway. Located in the quiet Snowcreek complex, you are just

a short walk away from the Mammoth Creek park with kids playground, grassy

area with picnic tables, and of course Mammoth Creek ideal spot for kids to

fish, run free, and enjoy the great outdoors. The upstairs deck enjoys

beautiful Mountain Range and Forest views and, being a corner end unit, gets

great natural light and privacy. The living room offers a flatscreen TV and a

wood-burning fireplace to gather around with plenty of seating for the whole

family. The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steels appliances and dining

area for 6 offer a great space for preparing meals and family gatherings. The

master bedroom on the lower level features a Queen bed, and the loft upstairs

also offers a Queen bed plus Futon. There is one bathroom with shower/tub

combo and a separate vanity sink area for all to share. This unit offers

private washer/dryer and private BBQ gas grill on the deck, checking off all

the conveniences of a vacation rental. A bonus additional open loft space from

the enclosed loft provides even more space to spread out! The Snowcreek

community offers an enclosed year-round hot tub spa, just steps from the

entrance to the condo. All guests receive complimentary full access to

Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool,

steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This condo sleeps up to 4 people, comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, no

smoking permitted and one dog is permitted (additional pets on approval only).

This condo is an upstairs unit with approximately 15 steps to the front door

access, two levels inside. Guests will be provided two outdoor parking passes.

If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our

office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.

Nature Preserve in the Eastern Sierra

Morning coffee was spent watching birds from the balcony; Steller Jays, Mountain Chickadees, Clark's Nutcracker, Brown Creeper, Red Breasted Nuthatch, White Headed Woodpeckers and others. Later in the day there were American Robins and deer. The entire place was very clean and it felt like home. Great appliances; spotless refrigerator. Well stocked kitchen with even some supplies that had been left by owner or renters. Comfortable furniture in living area with a nice bed downstairs on the firm side. Stairs to loft are a bit steep. The rental is on the second floor and neighbors downstairs were super-quiet. Parking was in front of the unit. Crews of maintenance workers were in the neighborhood keeping the community in top shape. Checking in and out couldn't have been easier. Our wonderful vacation was spent exploring lakes and trails in the gold, orange and crimson splendor of Autumn. Thank You!
