It’s an awesome property with all the five star amenities, and we love the close proximity to Canyon. The hot tub on the balcony and comfy beds are a big plus. The property owner - Chris- is also very accessible and helpful during our stay. My nephew needed stitches from a boarding accident and our car was boxed in with snow. Chris sent the property manager, John, who was amazing. He arrived within minutes and gave my sister a ride to the hospital. Then he came back and cleared the driveway. Incredible! Christine was a dream to work with and the cabin was even better than expected. Christine responded in a prompt and kind manner to all inquiries and we didn’t have a single issue during our time at cloud 9\. The house was spacious and well appointed. It is a very short walk from the ski hill which was such a luxury. Didn’t have to worry about resort traffic or parking. Being able to walk back to your hot tub after a day on the mountain is just perfect! Christine was very communicative throughout the whole process and quickly answered any questions I had.
