The dining area has a round wooden dining table with seating for four next to the full kitchen. The kitchen has all of the appliances and amenities including granite counters, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher. Everything you need to make a nice family dinner after a fun-filled day of skiing and riding on Mammoth Mountain! The master bedroom features a King bed and flat screen TV, while the sectional in the living room has a pull out sofabed for additional overnight guests. The full bathroom features a shower/tub combo with granite countertop. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo is located on the first floor with elevator access, sleeps a maximum of 4 people, and comes with underground, heated garage parking for one vehicle (garage clearance is 8' 2"). Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are no stairs to this unit, no stairs inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time. The unit was not cleaned at 5PM even though we had already checked in. Had to come back over an hour later. The unit was dated. Carpets should be replaced. The linens were on the older side with no real blankets for the fold out sofa. Kitchen lacked cooking amenities - if you are looking to eat in bring some of your own stuff. The bath tub/shower did not drain. Had to call three times to get someone out to clear it so the water would go down. Selling point on this unit is ski in/out. Based on the time I had to spend with getting the unit cleaned and resolving the drainage issue I feel I should receive a discount. The bed is comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped (we cooked all our meals), and the unit was quiet. For us, the ski in/ski out was a major plus, saving tons of skiing time. The only hesitation I would have is that it would be kind of a tight fit for more than two people, unless you're a family.
