It has some issues with maintenance due to the age of the unit. • Main door bolt wasn’t working due to side plate screws loose (poor installation)• Carpet was not very clean • Closet door of the main bedroom almost felt off the upper track as we were opening it. • Advertised amenities were out of service• During our stay (summer) there wasn’t good air circulation even with available air fans. • The building itself lack cleanliness. • Overall this unit is way over price compare to others we have stayed over the past 30 years• On top of all things I left my wedding ring somewhere in the main bedroom and when I realized I didn’t have it, I called the host to reported it but it was already late in the afternoon and more likely after the cleaning crew had already cleaned the unit. Parking garage instructions could have been more clear as there are 2 of them and some may get lost at night.Main TV remote and hair dryer was broken. The host was very responsive and got someone to fix it the next day. There was no dishwasher detergent so we had to hand wash everything.The condo was very spacious and comfortably fit 6 of us. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay at Silver Bear again - we've stayed in various condos in this unit. Covered parking, nice rec and jaccuzi ammenities and can't beat the location. Pricing this year was much more than past years is only negative. ##### E C. Communication could have been more transparent that the spa area and game room were under construction (not closed for COVID...). I didn't get an acknowledgement when I sent pictures of a couple minor damages I wanted to document on arrival. nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and would come again. ##### Jeffrey W.
