Boasting 2 rooms with comfy king size beds, an additional room with a new queen and finally the family favorite bunk room complimented by stair dressers. The great room has plenty of space for hanging out, playing games and large group meals. Windows on the end unit look south and west and a balcony with BBQ ready to be enjoyed. Large Fit everyone Sofa. 2 bathrooms have bidets. The kitchen is open and spacious with modern layout and appliances. A washer and dryer in the unit and the heated pool and Jacuzzi just 30 steps away you barely have to leave the unit. However Mammoth is meant to be enjoyed. So park your car for the week and walk to the two shuttle stops that take you around town, to the resorts, restaurants, lakes all for free. If going to the village for late drinks, ride the free bus home and don't worry about who is driving. Von's, bowling, park, restaurants a half mile away.. this place has it all. Come and see! We've been to many beautiful places and stayed in some really nice homes and not so nice homes. I can say this home was in the really nice category. The house was spacious and well designed, comfortable beds, all the kitchen amenities and beautiful view and best off all had a bidet (if you've never experienced a bidet, you are definitely missing out). It was centrally located and was near a bus station to get into town or a short walking distance from Vons and a few coffee shops. I cant go without saying how nice the owners were and how helpful they were before and after the trip. Because this was our first trip to the Mammoth lake area and definitely not the last one, I had many different questions about the area and the activities. They went out of their way and provided me with a detailed instructions of the items I asked about. Feb 23, 2018 #### Nice kitchen but not pet free We enjoyed our stay at this unit and come to mammoth often staying all over town. The kitchen and baths were updated and location was great. My only concern was that we traveled with someone who was allergic to dogs. With a bottle of pet stain spray in a cabinet we know it was trouble for him. He spent most of the stay sick. We have stayed at many places in mammoth and I would say the carpet in this unit was the worst we had ever seen. The rest of the unit seemed to be well kept, but there were large stains in nearly every room. Owners were easy to work with upon arriving and finding no firewood. They quickly helped to get it ordered. ##### gia b. You are guaranteed a seat , as you are one of the first to be picked up. The pool/jacuzzi is right next door, which is super convenient. The property itself is clean, new and set up perfectly for kids/adults with 3 bedrooms on the downstairs floor and one master on the top floor, with a private bathroom. The living room is huge and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and is very spacious, as well. The owners are super responsive and helpful. I accidentally left a few articles of clothing behind and they graciously offered to mail them to my home for me. We will DEFINITELY be staying again! Thank you Todd and Leon! ##### Karen V. Because of Covid and keeping everyone home for the safety of all, we cooked every meal for all 9 of us in the condo. The kitchen has all the supplies needed and is well outfitted. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for the group and the condo was clean and updated. Communication with the owner, Todd, was first-rate. The location was close to everything, but far enough away that we felt safe regarding Covid, and much quieter than staying in the village.
